Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role is very varied, typically my responsibilities include monthly absence reporting, as we have had a big change in the company to 60% office attendance alot of my role has revolved around this, I am also involved in the company’s DEI activities and VWFS’s involvement with the community.
