Absolutely loads, there was always an open line of communication and we had regular check ins. My manager also went above and beyond to guide me into developing myself with new work avenues, connections and training courses. My team was also very supportive and I really felt valued.

It was a very caring atmosphere, not what I imagined from a corporate workplace. We got work done but everyone was personable and really seemed to care, and we’d have conversations about anything. There also felt like there was little hierarchy, for example I had multiple conversations and one on ones with board members. We also had the opportunity to do many charitable things in the community.

I really enjoyed it, it really helped me figure out my future career and make important contacts. I enjoyed every day and would absolutely love to return there. I feel like I developed personally and professionally immensely.
