Data Analytics and Insight Review

In this role, I work across the Customer and Product Transformation department and the wider business to maintain and improve data quality, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Day to day, I support reporting through running Tableau Desktop and Prep reports, while developing and enhancing reporting outputs to meet the needs of Operations, Fleet, and Commercial

I have strict SLAs to meet with my daily weekly and monthly reporting where I am fully responsible for these reports running, and am expected to contact the relevant stakeholders if delays were to happen. I also manage 4 inboxes and am given full rein on interacting with people.

I have developed Tableau skill sin Prep and Desktop having never used it.
My excel skills have enhanced massively.
My interpersonal skills have also greatly improved when in a work environment.

Lots of support from my team where I would ask to be shown something and then am given full support through knowledge trackers etc.

Amazing company culture. One of the biggest things that would incentivise me to come back. Everyone works very hard but also takes the time to relax and look after themselves through contemplation rooms and mental health first aiders.

I have loved it so much. Got an amazing higher level overview of the business and wider company. I love having a big team as well.
