Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

the things happen on a day to day basis is on a monday we have office days where we will get as much computer work for the day and then we have catch ups about things we struggle with and then tuesdays we have placement were we work with another company helping them with lessons such as rock climbing archery boating skiing wednesdays is work from home days where we do anything that we havent done in office we do it on wednesday
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy this programme because it helped me develop myself and see how others have developed and i also enjoy the people i work with as they are all amazing people

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

ive developed alot of my skills such as confidence and speaking where as before the apprenticeship id be a quiet person and i woudnt really talk to anyone

How well organised/structured is your programme?

its well organised and split between all of us apprentices for example 2 of us have placement tuesdays and the other 2 have placemnet wednesdays
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i recive alot of support from my employer because when im struggling or in need of a catch up they are always there for me to talk to me

i recive alot because they want to see my succes

yes there is when we go to placements and when we do day events for example wellbeing walks laserquest and disc golf

i would recomend it to my freinds because you can learn alot of new things and get new opportunites and new things to achieve and get step closer to your long term goals

never be shy and always push yourself dont let ther things drag you down and show eeveryone the confidence youve achived
