There isn't much for this, we attend the Junior Chef academy which is amazing. We socialise as a team, but there is nothing structured.

Why?
Since joining Compass group, I've had nothing but support, mentoring and guidance to help me grow as a manger and leader. My general manager and operations director have encouraged me to push myself which I believe is a huge asset.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass group?
Be yourself, Compass is extremely inclusive.
