Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Working at Capgemini is great because my day to day can change, so I never get the feeling of being stuck, I can learn something new. Currently I'm starting my days with server health checks for one of our clients. This involves following a process and making any updates to servers or flagging any that aren't working how they should. About 2 months ago I was working with a different client and in that role I was working tickets and managing incoming incidents, delegating to our team of experienced engineers. All accompanied by coursework with my apprenticeship scheme.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
The program I'm currently on is level 4 Dev Ops Engineer, and I have really enjoyed it. Theres lots of information with coding and it has been difficult at times to understand, however I have enjoyed the challenge.
