I receive excellent support from my course tutor and we are in regular contact via email when I can check in on things I am unsure about. We hold monthly catch ups to review my progress.

Why?
I would highly recommend Fidelity International to a friend, because of its values-led approach to people development and commitment to supporting apprenticeships. Apprentices are well supported and integrated into teams here, which is hugely valuable to someone early in their career, and we have an inclusive culture with passionate people who give up their time to drive DE&I initiatives such as social mobility.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fidelity International?
I would advise them to research the Fidelity International values and behaviours, to see how their personal values align. I would advise them to highlight both their resilience and their willingness to adapt and grow within the organisation, and have clear examples ready to share on why they would be an asset to the organisation.
