My role is basically just a sales assistant while learning online and in store of what everyone else does until i can do it on my own. I do stock, customer service at tills and first isle, delivery, and facing up
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy it as I like the people I work with and get on with everyone well and no issues in store and if there is I can always ask for help if needed. I feel as though I’ve learned a lot through the experience about retail.

I’ve learnt a lot more skills in retail like the customer service side I feel like I’m much better socialising now then I was before I started here

It is well organised I would say as there is a whole online learning plan on everything you need to learn and extra help if needed.

I receive a lot of support from my employer as if I ever need help they will always help me with an issue or just explain something that im confused about.

I receive a good amount of support from her as I am always given the right information at first so I can get on with my work and if I ever need help she’s always there to help me.

As I’ve got an end goal and know what I need to do and learn to achieve it helps me to learn better and quicker so I can achieve my goal.
