My overview of my role is to learn skills and knowledge on customer service and retail. On day to day basis I have training on the shop floor and greet customers and help them with their health and beauty needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think it's a amazing apprenticeship for young people who want to start their journey in retail and build their confidence and skills with lots of supporting team members and apprentice tutor who will be there with you and guide you all throughout the process.
