Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Day to day I handle my cases which are allocated to me based on my skill levels. My day consists of emailing from files and completing file reviews. I'm well supported by my team with this.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I very much enjoy the job as I am consistently supported to expand my knowledge and ensure that I am comfortable and confident in my work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt loads of new skills from drafting emails, to being professional and an extensive amount of insurance knowledge.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The program is fairly well structured with rough deadlines and constant webinars or calls with a dedicated coach.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I am allowed a study day each week, and additional time off for exams. I'm supported in that my work gets picked up on during my off days and I feel no stress in completing everything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider gives a dedicated coach to assist me throughout, however the program is quite confusing. Although based on feedback they are striving to rectify this,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification brought me into a whole new industry I wouldn't have considered and has given me the skills to understand technical jargon which helps me handle claims effectively.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
My company frequently holds social events with food and drinks and as a department we also go out, for example we've done darts and bowling.
