My role consists of a typical nursery practitioners role of looking after and educating the children whilst making the nursery a fulfilling environment for them mentally, physically and emotionally.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the rewarding side of the role where you can see how much they have learnt and you can see their progress.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt how to plan activities according to their needs as well as learning how to do nappies and the first aid side of things.

The programme is structured so that they all the themes interlink and relate to each stage I'm at in my physical side of the apprenticeship
