My role as a level 3 early years educator is to educate 3-4 year old children, create an enabling environment, and ensure they are developing in multiple different aspects
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutely love my job, and feel like the apprenticeship is a great way to get hands on experience. I use the system one file and really enjoy how it is laid out and how I can upload work super easy. I also really enjoy the work being set in different themes!
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much about children’s development, safeguarding procedures and how to create exciting and enabling activities for the children to participate in.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think our programme is well organised and structured regarding when work is set. However, I do feel like the apprentices could be divided out a little more or new assessors be hired, as I know sometimes it can be overwhelming having so much work being submitted
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer regarding many different aspects. My management here are excellent at providing support with my coursework, helping me to understand different things and observing me and giving verbal feedback
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Every few weeks we have a catch up regarding where I am at with my apprenticeship and where I think I’m going.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
