Manufacturing apprenticeship, focusing on supplier quality, especially within our manufacturing sites. Extremely engaging and interesting, any quality issues from our suppliers are dealt with using 8D problem-solving, expanding my problem-solving skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Plenty of support, extremely enjoyable company and hands-on work options to really get stuck in if that is what people desire. As well as office or remote jobs if that is preferred

Loads - communication, project management, problem-solving, teamwork, general engineering and a true understanding of what engineering consists of on an intricate daily basis

Why?
Supportive company with many working options to accommodate everyone and what motivates them. The products are also extremely interesting and you can truly love what you do when you love the products
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
Understand the business, understand their long-term and short-term goals, their strategy. Understand what values JLR value, and then why you align with those values and can be an asset to the enterprise.
