Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I look after lots of small projects ensuring mainly in the finance area ensuring forecasts are correct, invoices are sent out and paid and monitoring budgets.
I also onboard and offboard resources on a particular project ensuring personal details are handled correctly.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the variety of work I am doing now as I feel my portfolio of knowledge and skills are growing as I learn to utilise software systems and communicate with new stakeholders every day. Every client/colleague makes my day-to-day work much more enjoyable as they are always very friendly and open for support and guidance.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Considering I have to deal with the balance of university work and day-to-day employment work. It is very organised as I have my university study blocks once every two months and usually within the month I shall have a few days where I can focus on my uni work. Also how they monitor progress is very structured as you have consistent meetings with your mentors and people managers to check up on your overall wellbeing and progress.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

All close colleagues are always willing to offer their support and I have never really had any issues regarding not receiving the support I need

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have our own online training platforms that can be tailored to your needs which is very helpful.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
