Overall, it’s a good company to work for but they are expecting more for less. They are cutting staff hours and funding all over the place since our site has being put up for sale.

Why?
Less and less hours to hire team also training for new members of staff is poor as they give you 20 hours to fully train the new staff, this is to include the academy online as well as training them in a busy restaurant
