Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage the operations side of a selection of apprenticeships across our care services business unit. I work alongside our learning & development team to ensure we are identifying any skill gaps within the business and closing that gap. I also support learners who are currently programme, and work with our training providers to deliver a gold standard service across the business.

I have improved on my teamwork skills. I have also learnt how to section my training out clearly so it is tailored to all different learning styles.

My employer is extremely passionate about apprenticeships and clearly understands the requirements surrounding them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very supportive. I attend workshops with other learners. I also have a 1-1 coaching session with my tutor a month who helps if I require any support.
