Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Within the Contact Platform Team, I supported the day-to-day management and improvement of contact centre technologies, gaining hands-on experience with incident handling, system changes, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery. Alongside this, my work with the Application and Service Management Team focused on application support, service monitoring, and understanding IT service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management. Working across both teams helped me develop a strong understanding of how technical platforms and service management processes work together to deliver effective and resilient IT services.
