The apprenticeship side in terms of team building and support from the emerging talent team is great. Within my job role I have been free to be given opportunities so although I was stuck to one role I have been able to change too. The university side has sometimes been difficult to manage but I believe that’s a reflection of the university not the company.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support id excellent. The emerging talent team from HQ are great and my smaller internal team and super supportive and always facilitating growth and opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support isn’t the best however if you seek out help it id facilitated.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Why?
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and have recommended the apprenticeship when mentoring students from my secondary school as well as friends looking for graduate roles.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Samsung Electronics?
Learn the companies values, history and culture. In interviews draw direct examples of how you are suited to this through your experience and character. Communication skills are key.
