I manage accounts within the kitchen retail channel. I manage stock and supply management within this as well and liaise with marketing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I relatively enjoy my programme however I feel as though I need to be exposed to new experiences and build technical skills

I don’t believe I have learnt that many new skills. However I don’t believe this is on my manager as the team is pretty stretched

I think the programme is well organised. There are set days for study, study leave days and a great hybrid working system.

I receive great support from my employer. I feel as though they are there when you need them to chat and explain processes
