I have definitely learn new skills. I am much more confident in communicating with different stakeholders and presenting to large groups independently. I now have a strong understanding of data analysis tools.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My team and manager are supportive. I think that it would be better if the emerging talent team had more frequent check ins with us apprentices individually to keep up to date with our progress. This would allow me to get more guidance from their side as they have knowledge from the experience of other apprentices that my manager might not. My team also does not get as much exposure, so I would benefit from more opportunities to do high-profile activities.
