Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Customer meetings, internal LT meetings, forecasting, commercial planning, ensuring promotional sheets have been sent to customers, creating trackers to keep on top of everything, Excel heavy.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it - at times some tasks can feel repetitive but altogether a great experience.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Really well.
We are provided a timeline of what to expect ahead of us. Apprentice training sessions are spaced out well between each other. Contributes significantly to our development.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is very good although I wish that check ins with the emerging talent team were more often.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University support is good, however can at times be a little tough to get through due to the platform being used (Aptem).

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Majority can be brought back and helps us in the our day to day role. Great example would be the finance semester which has provided to be great help with commercial planning.
