As an Apprentice/Sales Executive in Operator Sales, I actively support the sales team by collaborating closely with customers to drive both sell-in (supplier to distributor) and sell-out (distributor to end customer) processes. My role is integral in facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure successful product distribution and revenue growth.
My key responsibilities:
Customer engagement, sales execution, reporting & analysis, communication, and team support.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my role as an Apprentice/Sales Executive because it gives me meaningful responsibilities, like managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data, which helps improve sell-in and sell-out outcomes. The chance to grow in communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking while seeing real results is both rewarding and motivating. Being part of a supportive team that encourages growth makes this dynamic job truly fulfilling.
