My role day to day involves reporting on daily sales, analyse our stock within our B2B customers, managing customer relationships, ect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Im really enjoying learning real world skills like presenting, analysing data, managing relationships.

My presentation skills have definitely improved through speaking at panel events, customer meetings and team bonding sessions.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

In the early days i find it hard to balance work and study’s at the same time. The Samsung HR team really helped me through this allowing me extra study days to complete my work to a high standard.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has helped me very much through my apprenticeship scheme through 1 on 1 support and allowing more personal / structured learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I’ve found the training provider very average - through the tutors and lecturers not coming on time and session running on longer then needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
