3. Learnt how to use a vision mixer, sound desk, and the intricacies of both
4. How to rig up band equipment, such as drums, and connecting wires to a wall box

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
We have been given the full 2-year timetable with the learning blocks we'd be at for our learning provider. In addition, we have been given summaries of what we will be learning at the start of the apprenticeship, giving us a structured view of the programme.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I am due to have an ADHD assessment and they have been supporting me throughout this process, and understand the needs that should be supplied to me.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

4/5
Through my learning provider, I am learning how to collaborate with other people, and learn the technicalities of the equipment I use in my workplace. This allows me to understand the equipment I use every day and to work with others.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

1/5
With where I'm living, there are rarely any extra-curricular activities to get involved at work. However, in other regions there are more opportunities for these activities.
