Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work in the publishing team of the overall tv and social team. My role includes publishing assets on social platforms as well as making thumbnails, accepting collabs and anything in between.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really do enjoy my programme however when I applied the title was broad and the overview decribed marketing very vaguely. It wasnt until i had started where I found out what exactly my role would include and although I am happy I feel that during the early stages it wasn't made clear.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I now know how to use photoshop, how to arrange teams meetings, how to present on teams and so much more.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My apprenticeship programme is good. however I noticed there are parts of my apprenticeship criteria that are not achievable within my immediate role however, my manager goes above and beyond to figure and arrange for me to have experience in alternative teams to achieve what is needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My manager is really supportive and understanding.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I feel that the learning providers can do more in terms of support. We meet every 2 months for 2 hours and sometimes that session can feel like a lot since there is a lot to get through but doing it all in one session can feel like a lot to take in.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
There are not that many direct links between my qualification and job role but what does link helps.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes there are plenty of opportunities and I take pride in being part of them. I learn so much from the apprentice community that I am a part of as well as the apprentice podcast. From joining these alone I have learnt so many new skills.
