Why?
It's a place where you can be yourself. It is very flexible and allows you to work in a way that is best for you. There's many opportunities to get training in many other fields with other teams and you're encouraged to do so.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Be yourself, it's okay to do so. Be open in trying new things. Learn what the BBC is about and what they're trying to achieve.
