To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship was excellent with superb support from the provider Corndel. The quality of 1-2-1 time i had with them was superb and that continuity has enabled me to pass with distinction

The programme was extremely well structured and enabled a clear pathway through to completion
How much support do you receive from your employer?

From my line manager the support I received was excellent and without doubt has got me through the apprenticeship. From the wider business I'm afraid that there has been no communication from when I started which was also true when i completed a previous apprenticeship at level 5

It has given me a much better understanding of people, especially my team and how I can support them better in their roles. It has also taught me to look strategically at what we are doing and my role in it
