My role is to support the business in responding to customers needs, I advise areas of the business on support needs for customers in line with regulation
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The provider was ok, sessions were held virtually but due to reasonable adjustments I accessed the learning as recordings rather than live sessions. The sessions were ok, the content was trained in sessions across 2 different sittings, but you were also expected to be completing assignments while still learning about what you were supposed to be writing about. It did not give you enough time to be learning and implementing

Not the best - I don't think the structure is supportive and gives you enough time to be able to properly learn and implement your learnings before then needing to write about it in an assignment
