The Programme is extremely well structured, lots of training session happen and support too.

Lots of support from many different people in the business not just line managers.

There is great opportunities, the business offer lots of support and want to promote from within. There is a good community between apprentices also.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace Construct?
Research Mace construct, show enthusiasm. You don't and are not expected to know everything but show you are willing to learn and work hard
