Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of working with many trades, managing people and updating on progress that has been done on site. I usually shadow seniors in the business from time to time to ensure that I know what I should be doing. Sometimes I am running meeting, sometimes I'm just listening in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy how different my days are, I can never know what to expect. Being on site is very different but I thoroughly enjoy it

I have gained many skills from team work, confidence, communication and I am constantly still developing, personally as well ass professionally

You are able to gain so much experience without even realising. There is so much support and I never feel like I do not belong

To just be yourself and to ensure that you are always looking for ways to help and be proactive within a team
