My role involves creating food concepts, brands, recipes and menu for the University and college sectors. I also, lead and execute hospitality events across the country.

The Marcus Wareing program was excellent as it broadened my knowledge, gave me more confidence in my day to day role and allowed me to make great connections.

The program was structured in a way that ensure support was always there when needed. The course work was very well presented. From the days out to the online workshop all was organised.

Yes there are, the opportunities are there to be able to connect and reach out to colleagues within the same industry. From social kitchens, to award ceremonies, to food forums and festivals.
