Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a HR advisor I answer queries and phone calls of all employees. Regarding leave, policy's, sickness, parent leave and pay. On a day to day basis I answer calls and advise policy while sending over documents links and updating records to keep all information correct.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was amazing to go round all the HR teams and learn all the process to expand my knowledge and networking skills

Developed my communication on how to speak to employee's and staff in a formal but friendly way. While being concise and getting to the point.

The rotations are well organised and planned so training is given for me to understand all tasks

They are always flexible and supportive within the apprenticeship providing extra study days if needed or support on assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had meeting every two weeks to support me as well as email communication which really helped support me if I was struggling.
