LSBU is disorganised, and the support to students is non-existent

Most of what i have learned to complete my qualification, i have learned from the different people i work with on a day to day basis. It was quite frankly a waste of time attending LSBU 1 day a week and i think my employer did a better job at teaching me the content that was relevant to me passing the assessments.

Why?
Mace has a very good Emerging talent team who are there to support and only want what is best for you. Although they changed the structure of the program shortly after i started, which i still do not agree was the right thing to do, the ET team have been supportive and understanding even thought it was out of their control.
