Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

We were primarily working alongside our supervisors in our allocated seat on real matters. We also had various sessions to learn more about the firm and its core practice areas. There were some great socials as well where we were able to meet trainees, associates and partners

Yes, my supervisor gave me a lot of responsibility over my work but was always available for questions

I was sitting in a practice area that was highly technical and which I had very limited experience of. By the end of the two weeks, I had learnt so much and really enjoyed myself

My supervisor was always my first port of call for questions and was always very helpful. Everyone else in the firm was also very approachable and friendly - from trainees to partners. It was a very welcoming environment

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my two week spring vacation scheme. I would really highly recommend to everyone. Graduate recruitment put a lot of effort in organising the scheme and make it run very smoothly. I met so many great people too!
