Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
You are sat with a team and given real work from your supervisor. There is an emphasis on working with your supervisor, but you do have the opportunity to engage other departments for their work (although it is made clear by HR that this is not necessary for a 'good' review). On top of this we had an individual written task and a group presentation.
I found this system a great opportunity to see into the day-to-day workings of a law firm and would strongly recommend it to anyone intersted in a career in corporate law.
Outside of work, there were several social events including the opportunity to play with the softball team.
I highly recommend applying!

Due to the emphasis on small teams and early initiative, you need to be able to demonstrate that you are a self starter but also an engaging person to be around.
I think they want people that are highly driven but also show some character.
