To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my work and apprenticeship balance, City & Guilds were incredibly supportive with all my modules and allowed me to explore lot's of different areas of my apprenticeship.

I have learnt lot's of new skills both in professionalism, digital skills and the day to day outputs required by my job role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overall, schedule was consistent, naturally there will sometimes be last minute changes and things needed to be adjusted but it was fairly flexible when required.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My team at City & Guilds as well as the Apprenticeship team support me throughout my whole apprenticeship and I felt I could go to anyone at anytime if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was consistently supportive and great and communicating and responding to any questions I had.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I could not have executed my job role without taking the apprenticeship. It helped me prodigiously.

Lots of opportunities as an apprentice which my team and City & Guilds allowed me to go to. Great for networking and developing my skills further.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to City & Guilds?
Being open minded to new opportunities and exploring new skills is important when working at City & Guilds. The company has lot's of products and facets to it so there is a lot of sectors and areas of the business to explore and get involved in.
