I am a development manager, facilitating the writing of new qualifications and their assessments for use by the awardin organisaton and vocational education sector.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the level 5 leadership and management apprenticeship was excellent and helped with my day to day work, allowing more insight into management, change and continuous improvement.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned any skills within the leadership and management sector that I can apply to my role in city & guilds. The course is designed in a way that any middle manager would benefit but the fact my emploer kmnows this and has enabled me to do the course is fantastic.

very well structured to take you from start to finish through the programme and run your own continuous improvement project.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer has been a fantastic support in allowing me to complete this apprenticeship.

Corndel were very supportive and my PDE was excellent if i needed help throughout the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It as given me techniques to better work with a wide variety of people in different situations, particularly whilst going through periods of change and uncertainty.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

When they are available we have the opportunities to join them but working remotely this is not always easy.
