I lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, from conferences and awards to stakeholder and senior‑level engagements. I enjoy working closely with colleagues and partners to make sure our events are not only well run, but clearly aligned to our purpose and deliver real value for those involved.

The programme has given me so much more confidence in what I do, it has helped develop my skills as a leader.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills, but I also feel that it has helped develop skills I already had. It also highlighted to me that I had these skills before that I very much underplayed. It gave me more confidence to use these skills and feel comfortable doing so.

The programme is organised very well and the way it is structured and delivered makes it easy to follow and complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was extremely supportive during this programme. I was given the time and space to complete modules, talk about it within meetings and help implement my learning within the team and share best practice.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider was great, always on hand to support with any questions I may of had.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that completing this qualification has made me perform so much better in my role, it has given me so much in confidence and built up my skills. I am a much better leader for doing this qualification.
