Assisting with recruitment processes by supporting activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Managing employee records accurately and confidentially, maintaining up to date documentation, and supporting compliance with data and HR procedures. Organising and supporting employer branding and outreach events, including coordinating logistics, engaging with stakeholders, and representing the organisation to external audiences. Working cross‑functionally with other HR teams on a range of projects, contributing to shared objectives and supporting effective collaboration across the department. Supporting various HR initiatives and projects by providing organisational, administrative, and coordination support as required. Providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth, efficient, and well‑organised day to day operations within the department.
