In my role, I drive P&O effectiveness by translating high-level business needs into functional data requirements. I apply in-depth data analytics to create valuable quantitative metrics, which are used to illustrate organizational challenges and measure the return on investment for key P&O initiatives. A central part of my day-to-day work involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, leadership, and vendors to innovate new analytical solutions that solve business challenges and improve data quality. I focus on identifying and forecasting trends from raw data, building a clear narrative through workforce measurements and data storytelling to enhance our people processes, and delivering well-crafted presentations on my findings to educate and inform our partners and leadership.
