I am a member of the Reliability team, focusing on maintaining the machines from an Electrical Controls point of view. This includes carrying out regular preventative maintenance, adhering to our safety compliance, and fault finding on our machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed learning beside other apprentices from all year groups, and it was great that the technicians were always more than happy to support my learning.

Mars are extremely supportive of your learning, both at college and at work. They take into consideration the workload you have to juggle and are also very considerate with regards to your personal life

The topics and subjects learnt, I was able to apply in the factory and be able to see it with context. This was useful as it made the topics easier to take on board.

You can get involved with sporting events and also social outings, which is a good way to bond with your team
