I am a member of the Reliability team, focusing on maintaining the machines from an Electrical Controls point of view. This includes carrying out regular preventative maintenance, adhering to our safety compliance, and fault finding on our machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed learning beside other apprentices from all year groups, and it was great that the technicians were always more than happy to support my learning.

The topics and subjects learnt, I was able to apply in the factory and be able to see it with context. This was useful as it made the topics easier to take on board.

It's not an issue if you don't have the answers to everything, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn new things and your attitude to making mistakes.
