Apprentice Administration Assistant Review

I was receptionist in the education training centre of the organisation, and handled admin tasks such as room booking, staff mandatory training online, and face to face training courses. I had to take attendance registers, and keep record of staff training compliance, and give directions to visitors in the centre.

The apprenticeship was great, my colleagues were so understanding and supportive, allowing me time to complete my coursework within my working hours of my role. I also had a personal mentor with the apprenticeship who would check in on me with regular meetings and support with any work I was stuck on.

I received great support, with time management and any queries I had about the role and apprenticeship balance, and next steps.

The customer service apprenticeship I completed really gave me an amazing grounding for my role and for my career going forwards. I was able to apply for future progressive roles using the skills I had gained in the apprenticeship.

I would definitely recommend to work at the trust, I was supported from the very beginning and the growth I have seen in my self in both confidence in my abilities, and my knowledge and skills has been amazing.
