I am People Resourcing Manager, I lead a team that is responsible for all recruitment activity in the Trust.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as lots of interesting learning and am able to put this into practice in the workplace.

The programme is well structured, however it is a bit dis-organised with the university.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support in terms of time to attend the programme and I have lots of opportunities to apply the knowledge in the workplace and also opportunities to develop self in the workplace too.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is the university and there is a mixture of on-site, online and independent learning.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
