My role as a sales advisor is providing customers with polite and helpful customer service, making sure customers are prioritised. My usual day to day could consist of serving customers on tills, welcoming customers at the door, doing delivery around the store.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Things I enjoy about this programme include the people I work with, they are amazing and always so helpful, I also enjoy meeting new people amd helping customers making sure i've done everything i can to help them.

The only thing I dont enjoy about working here is the pressure to sell starbuys, simcards and signing up health and beauty cards.
