My immediate managers and team were excellent mentors and guides for me. HR was also always available and excellent. Everyone in the company was always willing to help and support.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture is great, everyone is friendly, always willing to chat, network and support. There is a flexible working policy, allowing you to work when suits you. There are also lots of initiatives supporting career growth and diversity.

What advice would you give to others applying to Pfizer
If you want a placement at Pfizer make sure you understand the therapy area you are applying for and research as much as you can about Pfizer's activities in this area before your interview. Use the job description and apply the traits to experiences that you have - they don't need to be super long term or impressive jobs/positions, as long as you can justify skills you have gained from them
