Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
My experience at JLR has been very beneficial to my personal and professional development, and has put me in a good state to progress my career within or outside of the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Im in charge of create, fabricating and implementing tools and fixture into the paint shop to improve the paint shop quality and process

50/50, in some cases we are pushed into doing the work of a full time employee, which can cause us to loose out on some of our graduate benefits, and that should be reflected in pay/ benefits.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

JLR puts alot of time and money into getting you ready to enter the work force and i feel confident that the skills and practices I've learned will stay with my throughout my career
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

in my department i use my downtime to explore training opportunity's, however i have to explore these options and i wish there was a database, where i could sign up for more JLR approved training programmes.

For manufacturing Engineering most grads don't realise they are going to be based at a manufacturing site
