My daily duties include:
Stripping, sanitising and setting up guest rooms.

I am enjoying the apprenticeship i am enrolled onto because I have learned so much and i am broadening my knowledge and gaining much more confidence.

I feel that my lifetime coach has been a big support to me and i am making progress with my apprenticeship.
Everything is set out in modules which makes learning easier and less confusing.
I do feel that it is alot to take in and can sometimes feel overwhelmed.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has not shown much support so far as I am yet to complete some shifts that are required for my apprenticeship in different areas of the hotel.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gives me support and breaks down anything I am unsure of which makes it alot easier to understand.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification i will receive at the end of my apprenticeship will help me in my job role and any other role I apply for within hospitality and Reception roles as I will have a much better understanding of how things work, how to correctly deal with customers and different situations and give me the confidence needed. This qualification will also help to gain jobs higher up in the chain.
