Lead a team of circa 400 people to deliver contracted services across 32 sites nationally. Ensure compliance with standards and policies. Manage the resource allocation to time and budget. Liaise with the client and agree contractual changes and demonstrate performance to KPI's

Mainly helped improve my story telling, communication and negotiation skills. Helped me improve my confidence and gave me some great development opportunities.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Monthly checks and dedicated tutor allowed me to ask questions when I needed help. Monthly check in helped me stay on track and complete the apprenticeship on time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent support from my line manager. She was amazingly supportive and gave me the time needed to complete successfully.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Really good programme with lots of resources. Tutor was really encouraging and supportive and could signpost me to resources and help with the questions that I had.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped build my knowledge of key business topics that allow me to engage with different departments within the business and understand the broad process and how this impacts my business. It has given me enough knowledge to challenge experts to ensure the solutions will work for my business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of networking opportunities. I have participated in hiking events and normally social activities after the networking events regularly throughout the year.
