Learning how to go from not much chef experience to now being fully qualified. On a day to day i prepare and set up the salad bar and work on the chefs theatre in-front of the customers, cooking there main course.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the apprenticeship, it helped me build up my confidence into being a chef and doing the theatre dish

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass group?
Always be open and willing to look beyond your career, I started as front of house member of staff and got the opportunity of the apprenticeship to become a chef and took it and now i feel very lucky I’ve now become a chef
