Currently Coding in Python and Pandas, the beginings of SQL, as well as certain data visualisation tools.

Some aspects around pacing could be improved, however this is more in relation to the education provider than the company.

I am consistently afforded meetings and check ups when I have issues.

Without a doubt there are aspects of my role I could not have done without skills learnt from my education provider.

Yes, extra company events and opportunities within the company are very frequent, I couldn't go to all of them if I tried.

Why?

The work ethic and atmosphere are amazing, every colleague I've spoken to are so friendly, genuine and helpful.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?

In interview, ensure you show a genuine side to yourself, on top of enthusiasm for the role.
The person hiring you will be working with you everyday, the less authentic you seem, the harder it is for them to envisage how you will fit into their day to day.
